Shipping Overview

We offer free shipping of online purchases of $100 or more within the contiguous U.S. No code needed.

We offer shipping of online purchases to the U.S., Canada, India, Australia, New
Zealand, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore addresses only. The customer is responsible for all taxes and import duties, taxes and brokerage fees (if any). These fees may be charged to you when your package reaches the Canadian border (these fees are not included in the shipping that we charge you).

*Please note that we ship Monday-Friday only during normal business hours. Any order placed during non-business hours will be be processed the following business day. Orders will not ship over the weekend.

Damaged or Defective Products Policy:

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage or defects. Please anticipate natural wear on your outer package. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@shophawaiianvillage.com. Simply provide your order number, a description of the damage or defect, your email address and phone number. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the original shipping package and the damaged or defective product for inspection.  If, after examining the product, we confirm that it is damaged or defective, we will issue a refund for the price you paid to the original method of payment. Replacement items for damaged or defective products will be shipped to you free of charge.
